Our prime aged Grass Fed Sirloin Steak comes from just the one farm in the Trent Valley in Nottinghamshire. The beef is grazed on open fields next to the River Trent and fed a wholesome natural grass and red clover diet.
Sirloins are cut from the upper middle part of the animal, the steaks are well marbled with fat making the sirloin steak both melt in the succulent and flavoursome.
Our grass fed sirloin steak is reared completely naturally, no hormones or industrial grain feeds in sight. The steak is matured for some three weeks to both tenderise and bring out the rich beef flavour. You will taste the difference!
