Our Dry Cured Streaky Bacon is cut from the belly of our outdoor reared traditionally cured Red Tractor pork.
Our streaky bacon is traditionally dry cured, there is NO pumping of the meat full
of water. Instead, it is dry cured by hand with a traditional salt and
herb recipe. The result is excellent quality streaky bacon, full of rich flavour
and a good meaty bite. And, it doesn’t shrivel to something half the
size when cooked.
The pork is carefully outdoor reared in
Nottinghamshire with high welfare standards so plenty of room to roam
and rummage in the fields.
Your streaky bacon will be sent to you sliced and vacuum packed and presented on a gold foil board.
Your order is prepared fresh and sent to you fresh overnight, chilled, by courier.
And, is packed in vacuum packs for easy storage. Of course you can then freeze it if you so wish.
