Both the flavour and appearance of Fresh Trout creates the comparison to Salmon and rightly so. But, Trout fillet is typically less fatty than salmon and a slightly stronger and finer flavor.
Because of the refined flavor of Trout it is best served simply so its flavor is the hero of the dish. Our suggestion is that you grill or pan fry the trout in olive oil with a dash of freshly squeezed lemon.
