A traditional Lincolnshire Pork Sausage recipe made by hand with local pork and ingredients. The special ingredient in Lincolnshire Sausage is Sage. This gives the sausage a bright green fleck in amongst the pork and also its distinctive taste.
We use outdoor reared Nottinghamshire pork in our Lincolnshire Sausages, plenty of it and also we only use lean prime pork. The result is a very tasty sausage!
You’ll recognise the quality of our Lincolnshire Sausages because they don’t shrivel or spit like crazy when cooked – that’s because there is so little fat in them.
